Hi The pics are really nice, HQ is really cool. Emma seems to try out a new hairstyle. And well, I've got a question. Please don't get me wrong now, this isn't meant offending, I just want to know, what on earth do I've got to do to get a reply by the staff. I contacted the staff more than once because of an, let's say not uninteresting issue. But I never got a reply saying either " yes, please let us know more" or " no, we rather don't like your idea". That's what I would like to know. Greetings Tom
