    Her hair looks better brown, and she could have worn better shoes. But other than that I'll stick with what I said to begin with and say that I like the dress, the hair, and the makeup. She looks so fresh and young. Oh yeah, and E!online obviously doesn't know what they're talking about b/c that outfit was incredible! 😉
