About how she heard about People Tree (2010): "I've been interested in Fair Trade for about three or four years now and one day I met a friend who was wearing a nice t-shirt and I asked him where it was from and he told me People Tree. I had never heard of People Tree before and he started telling me about the brand and he was also a friend of Safia's and so he introduced me. I was just really interested in it. I thought it was a really cool idea and when I met Safia we really clicked. And a couple of weeks later she asked me whether I would be interested in putting together a range for the people my age as a lot of the People Tree clothes were for 20 years and up. And I thought this was a really great idea as I don't think there is a huge amount out that which is Fair Trade or organic. I thought it was a pretty cool idea and I got to work straight away and we put together this range."

Just a little update to let you know that Emma is up against Cameron Diaz, Dakota Fanning and Keira Knightley for the Best Actress Nickelodeon’s UK Kids Choice Award.

Emma really deserves that award, and these KCA are the first to be held in the UK (which is obviously a sign, right?  😛 ) so hurry up and vote for our British Sunshine! 😆

Voting closes on September 30rd. Daniel Radcliffe, OotP and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows are also nominated.

    argh! In one of the quotes on the front page where emma is talking about takin driving lessons she says "I just don't think it would be very good at all" not "at school" you can't drive when you're still in school in England and I've seen the video that's deffinitely what she says…

    i think the ems is cute and i dont think they will ever be 'personnal' as she likes to keep her private life private! its nice to see shes thanking everyone – lets hope she talks/clears up stuff about this channel deal some websites are talking about??!! x

    Hi everyone, could anyone please tell me(just curious), why is Emma described in the homepage as "British Sunshine"? I thought that was her title in Emma Watson Empire, I'm wondering why she's been also called like that here?

    Gosh,The title \”British Sunshine\” originated on the affiliated emmawatson.net forums. Since then it has been used on a lot of sites.

    Gosh, I\’m sorry I don\’t remember when it started. It was a slogan that the forum members came up with. I think there was a competition to find a slogan, and this is the one that most people liked.
