Empire’s Sexiest & Biography Channel Special // 08 December 2007

Just a little update for now letting you all know that Empire Magazine has their list of 100 Sexiest Movie Stars and Emma is among them. Emma (number 26) along with Harry Potter co-stars  Dan Radcliffe (number 23), Alan Rickman (number 83), and Gary Oldman (number 72) all made the list.

Emma Watson comes in at 26 with the note: “She’s grown up well through the Harry Potter movies from bushy haired child to confident, elegant young woman.”

And thanks to our Order partner The Leaky Cauldron for letting us know that the Biography channel will air a documentary called “The Harry Potter Kids” which of course means they will focus on Dan, Rupert and Emma! The programme will air on the Biography Channel December 19 at 9:00pm (ET) then once more on December 20 at 1:00 am (ET).

They were virtually unknown when they were cast in the first Harry Potter movie in 2000, but Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint have since become worldwide stars. When Radcliffe won the coveted role as Harry in The Sorcerer’s Stone, he was plucked from almost compete obscurity. Grint was a fan of the books and wanted a part in the films so much that he sent a video of himself rapping about how much he wanted the role. Watson was just 11 and had almost no acting experience when the film was released. Today, all the Potter kids are grown, especially Watson, who has been named one of the world’s sexiest women by the magazine “FHM”.

Another update: the great Sheikooz from our boards got her hands on a video of Emma walking in Paris, just before the OotP premiere. Very short and a little bit random, but you’ll see that Emma has totally mastered the art of walking in high heels! Click here to watch it.
