About painting:"I guess I'm a little shy about my art, but I love painting people and expressions and faces. I've always done art, though not a lot of people know it. It's really important to me to do that. Since I haven't been in school since July, I've only now realized how much I miss it. I don't make time for it now, and you really have to sit yourself down and think about it and do it."

Emma Wins at Constellation Awards // 15 July 2008

Emma has won “Best Female Performance in a 2007 Science Fiction Film, TV Movie, or Mini-Series” at the Constellation Awards for her portrayal of Hermione in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Canada’s Constellation Awards honour the actors, writers, and technical artists in science fiction film and TV shows. The winners were chosen by a public vote.
