Dina, if you use Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu click Internet Options, then Delete Files under Temporary Internet Files. If you use Firefox, go to Tools / Options / Advanced and then click Clear Now under Cache. It may also work better to save to your computer by right clicking the cover and selecting the save option. Then open the project in Acrobat.
