I know Hermione wanted to say something else besides friend but she didn't. Probably because there were a lot of people in the room and she only wanted Ron to know it. When Lavender leans towards Ron do you think he already Er-my-nee? She's probably thinking what name did he just say. 🙂
At the very end when Harry, Neville, Seamus, Dean, and Hermione are looking and most of them are smiling could it be the part when Lavender and Ron are kissing and Hermione isn't smiling because she's jealous and doesn't like it. 😉

No, I agree. The Harry/Ginny thing is dead in the water before it even starts, imho. It isn't the kids' fault, it isn't Dan's fault or anybody's fault. It's just that when the parts were cast, all those years ago, there was no way of telling that Emma was going to grow up into a world-class beauty. Maybe in Rowling's mind, at the beginning, Hermione was seen as plain, and a bit of a swat, and not very attractive, and Ginny was a red-haired beauty. But……well, anyway, In some ways, I have to admit that this is not one of my favorite books, because I think Hermione's character suffers in it. She comes across (in the book) as spiteful and downright nasty toward Harry for getting such good grades in potions, and she winds up playing second fiddle to Ginny, and sets birds on Ron….it just isn't her book, in many ways. But Rowling makes up for it in the last book, because Hermione is a real hero again, like in Azkaban.
She does sound a little different. I think it's because she was whispering.

Bob, I agree that Hermione is huge in DH. Even bigger than she was in POA. This should be Emma's biggest film role yet and I'm sure she'll be GREAT. 🙂 🙂 🙂
the one thing i dont like about this movie is the kiss between harry and ginny was not slow. it was after a game and harry just kisssed her like that. but other then that omg im so excited for the movie!!!1

Hey Kristi, I agree with you, we cant actually see them kissing, but for me it was enough to see the way she leans towards Harry. They are meant to be crazy about each other. Is this the way you kiss someone after being in love with them, in Ginny's case, for like 6 years? I dont think so!

Emma is just perfect as always and yes guys you are right, this movie is rocks! BTW I'm glad, we can watch it on imax 3D. At this movie Loony Lovegood is not alone 'cause Lavender is a little bit Loony too 😛 Can't wait to watch it anyways!! 😉 😉 😉
