Emma Watson is back from Wales and has written a new e.m.s for her site. In it she talks about filming in Pembrokeshire, and what’s coming up next. Emma notes that soon she will be half way through filming her part in Deathly Hallows.
Hard to believe it’s almost over. That will be a sad moment for me when she is done. I’m sure it will be bittersweet for Emma as well.

It's almost the end of an era. It will definately be emotional for her since she has been doing this for an entire decade. I just hope that in her life after Hermione Granger that she still remains in touch with us from time to time and I hope to see her in more roles. I just hope she enjoys her life and makes the best decisions 😥

Idk if I'm going to cry in theaters when it comes out or if I'm going to cry right now….. 😥 What will happen to us potter fans? we lived this stuff for many years….I know I've lived this stuff since I was in 5th grade lol… oh well I got twilight for now 😛
It will be a bittersweet moment, but she has college to look forward to in about 4 months, and that is a big deal for her. I hope she lets us know soon which one she chose. Also, it sounds like Napoleon and Betsy is actually going to happen, and she has said she wants to do a French film when she gets her French polished up, etc. etc. At this point, it's as much fun to follow her in her life outside Potter as it was inside Potter. Besides, the films and the books will live forever. The films have never stopped running on TV, and we can watch her at any age. I get DVDs of absolutely everything she has been in, so, like I say, we have that forever.

I cant' belive it-it's almost over…It lasted for like 10 years,and soon it will be over…. 🙁 I belive that the end,the last day of shooting will be a big shock for all of them….Let's hope that the sadness on that day will be gone,beacause there is no reason to be sad after all those amazing years working together 😉

🙁 oh well… it's sad to think about the end of all those years on Potter merchandise, but we hope to see Emma in another movies or something. Harry IS a great experience and that will never forget it!. but i'm gonna miss to see her so consecutive. I want that book too! 😆

130671, I am more a fan of Emma, and I want to see her in new roles. But it’s not for sure that will happen. Even if she does continue acting, it’s a sad moment. Playing the part of Hermione has been part of Emma’s life for 10 years. And watching her play the part of Hermione has been part of my life, her fans lives. Seeing her do something new will be exciting, but it will still be sad to see this adventure end.
I know what you mean. But as long as there is J.K. Rowling, there might be more HP…eventually…maybe. What I really :mad:really :mad:don`t like is the idea of her going off to college and leaving the silver screen behind – college is fine, but where might that lead in the end ? Dr. E.C.D Watson behind a desk full of paperwork ? What a waste. 🙁
And if she doesn`t do new movies and keeps sites like this one supplied with new material and pics( :razz:), what will keep me going ?
There are three more movies to come. It´s not going to be "over" for another 2 and a half years! 🙂 And she will not suddenly vanish from the face of the earth. We´ll see her from time to time, don´t worry. 🙂

Pat, yes, I think she’ll start this autumn. That’s a few months away yet, and Emma also said she would probably do some filming during her breaks. So, I think it’s possible for her to start this year.

I cannot believe Emma is almost done filming her parts on Deathly Hallows! 😥 This journey she's been on almost half her life is ending. I'm really going to cry when we all see Part 2 in theatres!!!

Emma said she was going to university this year and is making plans to film during breaks. The question is which school will she be going to.

emma,We are fans of Emma, and emma-watson.net is a site for her and everything she does, not just HP. So just because HP ends doesn’t mean the site will close. I think as long as there are fans who want the site open, it will be here.emmawatson.net, without the “-“, is the forums which I don’t run so I can’t really say, but that also is about Emma, and not just Emma in HP. So I would think it would stay open as long as the forums are active.
I wonder if she ever got offers for guest appearances in TV-shows running right now. 😕

She will go to University and she never will act again. In the future decades, people will ask: what happened with Hermione, from the old HP movies? (because surely there will be a new saga)
