About the pressure to be thin (2007): "I am lucky that I stay the same weight. There are so many girls at my school who suffer from eating disorders. There is so much pressure on girls our age to be smart and pretty and funny and skinny - they have to be everything. I definitely know what that pressure is like but my philosophy is to eat what you like and be healthy and take exercise."

Emma's official site works fine for me. The only issue with it is the fact that the notes for the news updates haven't been updated since May, or at least the only visible error I have noticed. Hopefully it gets fixed.

btw This has been on my mind for some time now. Didn`t Emma once say she came to the set when she had not yet gotten the role and there was this other girl they wanted to see? That she was already making friends with the rest of the cast? A kind of almost-Hermione? I wonder what happened to HER?… 10 years of watching Emma grow into what she is now, thinking "It should have been me, I was so close to becoming Hermione…" What is she doing now? Interviewing her might be interesting.
