About Mexico and Cuba (2009):"Cancun was the weirdest place ever. In Cancun, I felt like I had walked into an American teen movie. I was only there for two days-thankfully my friends and I were more interested in travelling around other parts of the country. But I seriously thought it was only like that in movies. Cancun was certainly not my favourite. We went to Ixtapa, where the ruins are. It was a beautiful, chilled-out part of the country. We went to Mexico City, which was amazing, but quite dangerous. We were happy to get out of there in the end. And we went to Cuba-I would tell everyone to go to Cuba now, because in 10 years it will be completely different."

International Stand Up to Bullying Day

Today has been named International Stand Up to Bullying Day. Our Order partner RupertGrint.net, along with the Grint family, support the efforts of Beat Bullying. a charity which “empowers young people to lead anti-bullying campaigns in their schools”. On this day, RGN is launching a year long campaign to help raise funds for the charity by asking fans to consider a donation in honor of Rupert’s 21st birthday, and we are helping them spread the word. You can read more about RGN’s campaign, the charity and how to donate here and here.

That is pretty cool. Love when the stars get involved in this sort of work. On a different note… Canada just won against Slovakia!! It's Canada vs. US in the gold medal game baby!!!

yeah, I remember when RG.net posted about the donations, it would be such a great chance to help other people with the help of the grint family as well 😉

Well, Isn't that nice! Cases of vandalisme and bullying are out of hands already. It's just too much. At least someone's doing something about it. 🙂

I've read that yesterday on Rupert's site and I'm so thrilled that someone's finally paying more attention to this issue! I support this 100% and I wish I could donate something but dammit I don't have any credit cards that would work… :|

This issue definitely deserves attention. Bullying is a serious issue that has serious consequences on everyone involved. I'm glad some attention is being brought to it. 🙁
