The first print ad from Emma’s latest campaign for Lancôme is out in Women’s Wear Daily. Digital ads will be out February 13. The Rouge in Love line of lipstick and nail polish will be available at Selfridges in February.

From the Trésor Midnight Rose campaign, we have scans of articles that appeared in Elle Girl and Glamour from Russia, and Gala and Cosmopolitan from France. Thanks to Elmira.

Finally we have a video from Emma’s recent visit to Hong Kong promoting Lancôme. Much of the video is in Chinese, but Emma talks about makeup, her makeup ritual, and fashion.

Time to vote for our January calendar. After a few comments about the calendar previews being too small, I thought I’d try increasing the size to 800 pixels. Hopefully this won’t be a problem for people on slower connections.

Remember, you only get to vote one time. Do not vote multiple times from different emails, and do not ask your friends to come and vote on your calendar. Let’s keep the competition fair.

2012! The new year is coming soon. Let’s start the January calendar competition.

• The size of the calendar should be at least 1024×768. Higher resolutions are good. Widescreen is also allowed.
• Calendars must be in a common graphics format such as jpg, tiff, gif or png.
• It must have Emma-Watson.net and January and it should have the dates. It should be mostly original work, and images used should be respectful of Emma’s privacy.
• The deadline to submit calendars is December 28.

Promotional images for Lancôme’s new line of lipsticks, Rouge in Love, have been released by Meltyfasion.fr. The images combine hand-drawn art with photos of Emma Watson from a photoshoot by Mario Testino. The line will be released 6 February 2012.

My Week with Marilyn is one of the highlights at this years Dubai International Film Festival. On Tuesday the 13th, a red carpet event will be followed at 8 pm with a screening of the movie at the Madinat Arena. Variety reported that Emma Watson will attend, along with Michelle Williams, Kenneth Branagh and Judi Dench. There has been no other confirmation of this, so I would say it’s still a rumour. We’ll bring you more information if it becomes available.

While we wait to see if this rumour is true, we do have a new promotional image of Emma as her character Lucy, thanks to Jennica.

In an interview, Emma peeks through the microphones and talks about visiting Hong Kong, sightseeing, and speaking Cantonese.

Emma Watson is in Hong Kong to promote Lancôme. Emma was present at a launch event and later a VIP dinner. We have a mix of HQ and LQ photos courtesy of celebutopia and various tumblr and weibo accounts.

We though we’d try something different for this years Holiday Project. Since Emma opened her official site we have been getting video messages from her for the holidays. So we thought it would be fun to put together a video greeting from her fans. You send us a video of yourself wishing her Happy Holidays, or Merry Christmas, and we’ll combine them and send them on to Emma.

If you can’t do a video, or just too shy, we will also make a nice card for Emma like we have in previous years. You can send in a message, artwork, graphics, pictures, poems, stories. Anything you like to say Happy Holidays in your own way.
