About acting (2009):"I had been doubting if I wanted to act for the rest of my life. The reason is because I was only nine when I started. They went to my school, and they picked me. I auditioned and I got the role. I never went to acting school, I didn't know I wanted to be an actress. It's amazing, but just because it happened doesn't mean that it's the right fit for me. It took me awhile to decide what to do. And now I think it is. I come from a family of lawyers and academics, we didn't watch movies in my house. I didn't know who Gary Oldman or Maggie Smith were. So I educated myself watching thousands of movies. Now I'm passionate about it."

Updated Layout

Some of you have already commented on the new picture in the banner above. BoMa updated the layout with a new face of Emma. I thought sure I had mentioned before that we would be changing the photo of Emma in the oval now and then to a current look. I guess I forgot though. So, anyway, hope  you like the new image.

    Emma looks great on scans, and I think that the dress she is wearing fits her quiet well and goes with her look. 🙂

    I like the new image more, definately. I kind of think this one (http://postimage.org/image/noj31bj0l/) would have been the best one ever to use, since it showcases Emma the way most people see her, but the one used is still nice.

    I already sent in my message for the Christmas project, but wasn’t able to make a graphic since my laptop died recently. :(. Oh well. The update looks amazing though. :).

    Emma was in Zambia for a few days for Camfed which she just came back from. She said she wanted to go a while back but was unable to due to her schedule, so I’m glad to she was finally able to do so. 🙂
