Dook, you should invent a new rule: it must be a real “calender”, not only a picture of Emma with numbers from 1 to 30. I miss at the winning calendar (as well as by some of the hm) the names of the days….

I’m not sure if I like the winner calendar, lately some entries (most of them) are just a couple of pictures mixed with some numbers… They lack of composition, colour balance, etc… And I agree with “Anonymous” including the names of the days wouldn’t hurt anyone…
It depends of the design, I don’t really like to include the names of the days not that I don’t know how they’re called(Monday. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) but I put the accent on the design(composition) and Emma and not on the calendar dates(these come second).
I will actually do one like this just to see how you like it.
By names of the days I didn’t meant to include them like that (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday), I actually liked what you did, just the fist letter! I was talking about those calendars that included just a bunch of numbers where you can’t tell if the month starts on a monday or a friday… And I agree with you the calendar dates come second, but they should keep the design and composition of the pictures of Emma… Well, this is just my opinion…

Oh wow, I’m winner? I don’t believe it. Thanks to everyone who voted. It’s very dificult create something new with Emma on calendar. I thing that every calendars there have some good spetial design.
By the way, when we write numbers without concrete days, calendar can be used every year. Also sometimes it’s better for visual composition. There are more free variants where we wrote numbers. It is more creative. Its my opinion.
Isn’t the purpose of a calendar to help people to know exactly the day of the week (name and number)? Then this wouldn’t be a calendar but a perpetual diary…
