Perks of Being a Wallflower

Steven Chbosky, the author of “The Perks of Being a Wallflower”, spoke about choices in life and “Perks” at Slippery Rock University this past Monday. The university on line paper is reporting that Emma will star in the film along with Percy Jackson Logan Lerman (oops). Filming will begin this December in Pittsburgh, and the expected release will be in 2012. There are no direct quotes though, and no official confirmation from Emma, so I consider it still a rumor.

    I hope it is true the book sounds intense though I understand if Emma doesn't because I'm sure she's tired of doing movies based on a book However its a different character so Keep your thumps up! 😉

    What is the deal about Emma being in production at the moment for "My LIfe With Marilyn." I know nothing about it except that IMDB lists her as playing Lucy, and the show being in production. ???

    Hopefully we hear from Emma soon about this and that it's true. She does have a break in December, though I am not sure how long it would take to film her scenes.
