About acting (2009):"I had been doubting if I wanted to act for the rest of my life. The reason is because I was only nine when I started. They went to my school, and they picked me. I auditioned and I got the role. I never went to acting school, I didn't know I wanted to be an actress. It's amazing, but just because it happened doesn't mean that it's the right fit for me. It took me awhile to decide what to do. And now I think it is. I come from a family of lawyers and academics, we didn't watch movies in my house. I didn't know who Gary Oldman or Maggie Smith were. So I educated myself watching thousands of movies. Now I'm passionate about it."

Perks Cast Live Chat with Emma, Logan, Ezra and Steven

Emma Watson, Logan Lerman, Ezra Miller and Steven Chbosky took part in a live chat to answer fan questions after the MTV Movie Awards. Sorry I didn’t post about this earlier but it was reported Emma was not going to be part of this. Here is a capture of the chat. The first little bit is missing, the audio is poor in places, and I don’t know how well the rest will play.

    I heard the whole interview using earphones, so I didn’t miss anything! The capture worked very fine for me 😉

    Haha! Ezra is such a joker!! Loved the video, it worked fine for me. I used earphones and could hear the whole interview fine. The audio wasn’t a problem for me. I loved Emma’s response to the ‘infinite’ question. It was also nice at the end to see the trailer again 🙂

    It’s up on Youtube in better quality. It’s still a great interview though. I also heard the rumor that Emma wasn’t going to be there since she had to go back to filming the End of the World, so I was both happy to see that Emma was there for the Q&A and pissed because had I known I would have sent in a question, but by the time I found out the Q&A was over. >:(. Oh well better luck next time I guess.
