    Hi everyone!!Elizabeth darcy and Emma, I think you don't know that the profiteroles are a kind of little cakes. They are balls filling with cream or chocolate. I think the profiteroles are typical of my country Spain. Bye!

    Profiteroles are known as filled Cream Puffs in most countries . They are many times covered in warm chocolate or a fruit sauce like strawberry's . A very light and airy pastry.
