Emma Watson attended Elle’s 19th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration today. Emma received the “Calvin Klein Emerging Star Award”.
In this behind the scenes video from Elle, Emma and the other honorees in this year’s awards talk about women in hollywood; famous lines, famous scenes, actresses that inspired them, and their roles that impacted their lives. Emma talked about her role in The Bling Ring. “I’m Nicki in Bling Ring, Sofia Coppola. It made me realize for the first time that my job went beyond just giving a good performance. It meant that I had to put myself into people’s shoes that I didn’t really understand, and it keeps you so open-minded. That was such a revelation to me, and really inspiring. I dunno, it’s cool when you feel like your job is making you a better person.”
Shee looks simple but classy and I like it. Emma has earned this honor tonight with all the hard work and sacrifices she’s put into her profession. Her career is like a tropical storm that is getting stronger every day.

I can’t understand Emma when she talks about Julia Roberts playing a role, on the telephone, when she says her daughter just something her first something. Can somebody tell me what she says there/
“Julia Roberts in Erin Brockovich. There’s this one moment when she’s driving home and she’s speaking on the phone to her boyfriend, and he’s telling her that her daughter just spoke her first word. She just does it so beautifully, because she’s trying to make sure that he can’t hear that she’s crying, and she’s trying to drive. I always think that’s more interesting when you see someone try and hold it together, than when you see someone trying to put on a show.”
