It sounds legit since Emma has hinted at this numerous times, but Telegraph has made up stuff before and it included some tabloid rumors in it, but the actual interview with Emma they had sounds legit.

Agreed, EmmaRocksSocks. It would be sad to see less of her, but we don't know the full story. I just hope she continues to maintain contact with us through her official site. But it isn't like she is giving up acting. She loves it and is only taking a break to focus on her studies, which are more important.
Love that big(ish) picture of Hermione! <3 Why, oh why do they only have three pictures of Emma as Hermione? 🙁 I'd love to see more. I agree with KS987. It would be sad to see less of Emma but she does what she thinks is best. And of course her studies are more important than acting, but it's still kind of sad that we won't be seeing much of her for a while after the HP movies come to an end. However, I really respect Emma's choice and think it's a good choice and the right one. 🙂

It´s amazing Heellloo, that interview is also completely new for me (and I consider myself a deep seeker of any news related to Emma), how could we missed it? Her outfit seems to be the same that she used at the Early Show which makes me thinks this interview was made the same day. I think Emma's decision to focus on university after HP is brilliant! Her priorities are exactly where they should be. She's smart enough to know how important education is and her acting career will be wide open to her when she finishes her degree. Emma just never stops impressing me…Go Emma!!!!! 😛 😛 😛
I have to say her decision this is a good decision but she will always have offers and has such an enormous fanbase, she can afford to take her time I suppose. Is that tiny photo of Hermione from behind, her with Harry in the Griffindor's common room? Where's that from in the book, I can't even remember the story I haven't read it for so long.

If our Emma wants to go to university it's one of the best decisions she can make. Star fame doesn't last forever! I don't think, though, that there's a danger of us losing her. With her looks (prettiest girl ever) and her talent (the role of Hermoine is quite a mouthful for anyone), there will always be someone from the movie industrie looking out for her…and perhaps we can accompanie her on her way through uni via her fanpage.

Rikki, that whole Napoleon and Betsy thing remains a mystery. The only thing Emma said about it was that she was interested…..months ago. In no recent interview has she said anything. The press also still claims she is the new face of Chanel, but this was denied by Chanel itself a while ago. We know such a project exists, but Emma's involvement remains unknown at this time. Oddly she is the only person cast so far. I am sure we will find out eventually though. BTW Emma looks lovely in the pic displayed here. 🙂
