First, a little miscellaneous news.
I’ve updated the BAFTA photoshoot pics with larger versions. Just a little bit larger, still not HQ. Thanks to Lawry for sending them in.
We have a couple new pics from a photoshoot by Simon Procter last year for the article in Harper’s Bazaar. Thanks to bravelittletoaster for finding them.
The plate that Emma designed for Blue Peter’s Mission Nutrition Appeal sold for a whopping £698.78 at auction on eBay. Well done.
Ok, let’s get the March calendar competition started.
- The size of the calendar should be 1024×768 or larger
- Calendars must be in a common graphics format such as jpg, tiff, gif or png.
- It must have Emma-Watson.net and March on it
- Your calendar should be in by the 26th of February.
- No more than 3 entries per person please.
- All entries must be sent to emmawatson.graphics@gmail.com
- If you use hotmail or msn, please attach the picture to your email as a FILE, not a PICTURE. If you use picture, it will shrink the image to a small size.
Hmm…I like the second picture from the Harper's photoshoot. I think I've seen the first before though. Amazed that so much money was raised for the plate.

Yeah, Happy Valentine´s Day 🙂 I wish I could tell this to Emma 🙁 They raised about $900 dls just for getting that plate, amazing! How will she deal with so much popularity at Uni? 😕 I have no idea…

Ater a couple of weeks, the other students will have adapted and gotten used to Emma Watson studying there. Depending on which Uni she eventually selects, other famous/rich/famous parents people might be there, so she won´t be the only one. 🙂

I really wish that the same Power which has given to her everything she´s gotten, takes care and protects her from any future danger. Dark side of the fame always make problems… 🙁 You´re right Fonty, she won´t be alone 🙂 Even though she never knows I exist, I´ll always support her And I believe I won´t be the only one. I am sure whatever university Emma goes to will get used to her after a while. 🙂 It is sad to see the paparazzi taking pics of Emma while she is just walking down the street. "OMG Emma Watson is carrying bags by herself like us humans do". It can be ridiculous sometimes. She looks lovely though. Emma has natural beauty and doesn't need make-up to be beautiful. 🙂

Pictures were she´s entering or exiting buildings or cars or when she´s walking down a street with people or packed with bags are usually taken by paparazzi. In most cases without her *prior* consent. Even though she is such a professional, that she puts on her "I´m being photographed face" once she becomes aware of a camera/paparazzo, those pictures are still not okay. And all those "fan sites" that post pictures like that aren´t really fans. They just care about the quantity of pics in their galleries and not about their quality or the conditions they were taken in.
Well, when you go out like she does, you take that risk. Remember, photographers got jobs, too; although, it is still wrong in all aspects. Anyway, if i were her and were going to the US for uni, I'd go to Harvard, hands down. Gotta go with the best there is, right?
I don't know, Johnson. That's harsh; I mean, Emma doesn't deserve that at all. I like the Harvard thing, though, I'm American.
Just being honest, I mean look at the recent pics of her and Jay. When you go out you take that risk. All and all, it's awesome the plate did well. Go, Emma.
