Ok, no Shout, but we do have photos of the Polish magazine Twist, with an Emma Watson cover story, thanks to Joanna. Most of the article is old news, or wrong, but there was one interesting quote. “When I meet my fans I try to explain it to them: You love Hermione not me, she’s a star not me. It really flatters me when you ask me for an autograph but shouldn’t I sign then as Hermione Granger?”
Emma is featured on Yahoo’s Summer’s Best and Worst Looks list. They gave her an A+, “Emma Watson stole the spotlight at “Potter’s” New York premiere in a divine Proenza Schouler dress, highlighted by a black halter bodice.” Thanks to Courtney for the tip.

😕 If she really said that, she obviously has no idea how many different "kinds" of fans she has… …and I certainly never confused Emma with Hermione in any way. Maybe it`s easier for her to see it that way – people who don`t give a **** for Hermione but are still huge fans are somewhat hard to deal with. I guess everything gets rather complicated at that point.

I understand what she's getting at re: "you love Hermione not me" – Ewan McGregor was saying the same thing after Moulin Rouge. He was like "the women are in love with Christian, not me". In his case it is true because you can't fall in love with someone who you really don't know. But in Emma's case, we are not claiming to be in love with her – just to admire her! You can definitely learn enough about a celebrity outside of their movie roles to admire them as a person 🙂
Well I guess that makes sense… Take example: Robert Pattinson is ugly (in my opinion) But people especially girls are in love with him in Twilight… I don't know why… 😕

Well, I guess Robert Pattinson isn't that ugly in Harry Potter, just particularly in every OTHER move. I mean really ugly. Blimey, you'd think Daniel, Rupert, and Tom are soooooooooooo much better looking than he is. 😉
I don't think Emma said that quote at all. lol. It sounds nothing like her. But I love the dress she wore to the NY premiere so I'm so happy to see it got an "A+" 😆 Those Madrid posters are so effin COOL! 🙂
I just noticed they changed the color of Emma's dress on the cover of that magazine. It's the same one she wore the NY premiere…the Proenza dress. 😕

Sure, I love Hermione, but I like Emma because she's Emma. The things we have found out about her are pretty impressive to me. >_>

Me too. I thought you learn english at school in every country but it seems like nobody was able to understand me when i was travelling around Spain and France. And they were all my age! Crazy world…

😉 Yes, I`m german…and we started with english as the No.1 foreign language for everyone in the 5th year. Never mind. If you like english, you`ll get better at it. You`ve even gotten better since your first comment! And english is really a lot easier than german, which is one of the hardest-to-learn languages in the world, I have heard. 😆

Very interssting quote indeed, but I wonder if she actually said that, considering it is among incorrect information as dook said. Personally, I love Emma because she's Emma. Emma is talented, beautiful, intelligent, down to earth, funny, etc, from what I see and hear. She's a pretty amazing person in her own right. 🙂 And thanks for the scans.
