Emma's 18th Birthday
On 15 April 2008 Emma turned 18 years old. How time flies. It seems not so long ago that we first saw her as a cute little child with bushy hair. The theme of this years birthday project was about turning 18 and how life changes. The childhood you leave behind, and what lies ahead. Memories of the past, hopes and dreams of the future. We can't know what's going through Emma's mind at this time, but we thought it would be nice for us to share our thoughts and experiences with her.
Turning 18
We asked the fans to write about their own 18th birthday, what they left behind and looked forward to, or if not yet 18, a significant birthday they had. We also asked the fans to be creative and send us "Happy Birthday in a Picture", a photograph that says happy birthday. We added a few fun things, and of course many pages of birthday wishes from the fans and then sent a printed copy to Emma. You can view an online version of the project by clicking the thumb below.
