According to ComingSoon.net, OotP should be released on Wednesday, July 11 in the US, Canada and the UK (two days sooner than what was previously announced). Thanks to Louisa for sending us the link. And don’t worry, this is not a rumor: the WB confirmed the news (thanks to UHP for letting us know!) 😆  

And thanks to Portkey.it via Maria, we now have a brand new OotP promo picture, featuring Harry, Hermione and the Patil twins. They all look pretty serious, don’t you think?

Hello EW.netters,

We have some interesting news for you today:

-First of all, it’s now official, OotP will last 138 minutes and 4 seconds, according to the British Board of Film Classification. In other words: 2 hours, 18 minutes and 4 seconds of total bliss! 😛

-Thanks to Cartoon Network, UK fans from 6 to 16 have a chance of going to the OotP premiere in London. To know more about the rules and what you have to do to win, click here. And of course, if you do win and meet Emma, don’t forget to send us any pic or autograph you may get!

-Thanks to Anshu, we have a scan from the Indian newspaper Hindustan Times. Nothing new (it’s about Emma’s decision to return as Hermione in the last two HP movies) but it’s still nice to see how famous Emma is all over the world. 😆

We’ve just learned from WB that Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, and Dan Radcliffe will be honored with a hand, foot and wand-print ceremony at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on July 9 at 11:30. The trio will be immortalized at the famous Hollywood landmark by placing their hands, feet and wands in cement.

Hello everybody,

I’m in a bit of a hurry, so I’m gonna say it quick: thanks to Nickie from our boards, we now know that some behind-the-scenes pictures of the Teen Vogue photoshoot were posted on the Teen Vogue website! 😆

Edit: oops, I forgot to post these little captions that were on the Teen Vogue site… Better late than never, I guess!

Lucky Break
The trio came together for their Teen Vogue cover shoot the day after they wrapped the latest installation of the Harry Potter series. All of the cast members were exhausted and mentioned that they were ready for a much needed holiday.

Food Fight
Although the shoot was catered with a large salad spread, the parents on set went out and bought pizza knowing that neither Emma, Dan, nor Rupert would want leafy greens.

Clothes Call
Although all of the actors were tired, Emma said that she was excited about the cover shoot since it would be a change of pace. She also admitted that she woke up extra early and was just giddy about the wardrobe.
