More photos from last years Harper’s Bazaar photoshoot have turned up. They are only medium sized, and have an ugly tag, but they are still nice pictures. I’ve added them to the gallery, along with MQ versions of the photos that were used in the magazine. Thanks to Watson Daily and evalaviva024 for the pics.

We have three more MQ photos from the photoshoot by Arved Colvin-Smith. The first picture from the shoot appeared on Emma’s profile page at the Storm modeling agency back in February. Here again is the first one, plus the three new ones. Thanks go to Kiwi.

EWO has announced that Emma is indeed the new face of Burberry. I guess this is no surprise after hearing about her autumn/winter campaign, but now it’s official. I think we’ll see much more from her in the future.

Emma suffers minor back injury

Emma was to be a guest at the Raisa Gorbachev Ball this past Saturday, but did not attend. The Evening Standard is reporting that “Last week Watson suffered a minor back injury and was advised not to go to the Raisa midsummer ball, hosted by Mikhail Gorbachev, where J K Rowling had been a guest.” Thankfully it does not seem too serious as nothing was said on EWO. Take care Emma, and hope you have a speedy recovery.

Emma Watson will be featured in a new autumn/winter ad campaign for Burberry starting this August. The ads were shot on location by Mario Testino near Burberry’s new headquarters not far from Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.

“Having known and admired the lovely Emma Watson for quite some time, she was the obvious choice for this campaign,” said Burberry’s creative director, Christopher Bailey. “I wanted the images to represent the rich history and modernity of Burberry while reflecting a quiet beauty, timelessness and strength that is particularly significant today. Emma has a classic beauty, a great character and a modern edge. Her charm, intellect and brilliant sense of fun made the whole shoot feel like a picnic on the Thames.” He added: “I felt Emma would be strong enough to hold the campaign as the only girl, and I loved the idea of her being surrounded by these young, cool British guys.”

The ads will appear “in the August issues of magazines including Vanity Fair, Vogue, British Vogue and Tatler. It also will appear on the brand’s Web site early next month to coincide with the magazines’ releases. In August, an interactive digital campaign directed by Christopher Bailey that includes podcasts and behind-the-scenes footage will appear on the Burberry site.”

A new picture of Emma appears on the Czech magazine TVstar. It looks like it’s from the same photoshoot that was used in Candy we told you about on May 29. There is also a 2 page article inside, but no new pictures. Thanks to f.E.W. at www.emma-watson.cz for sending the scans.

I just thought I would remind everyone that Emma-Watson.net has a Twitter account. It’s a great way for you to get quick updates when we post new Emma news on the site. You can follow us at http://twitter.com/emmawatsonnet

This is also a good time to remind you that Emma Watson does not have a Twitter account. Any Twitter account you find that claims to be her is a fake. Don’t be fooled by how many followers a person might have, or any “proof” they might provide. Just ask yourself why would Emma have the statement on her official site that she does not have a Twitter, and then at the same time have a Twitter and tell people that it is her? The answer is she wouldn’t. We know EWO is really Emma, so obviously that means any Twitter account you find is not Emma.

While I’m at it, I’ll remind you of other accounts that Emma does not have. Emma does not have a facebook, or a myspace, or an orkut, or a bebo, or a… well, you get the idea. Emma has one presence on the web, and that’s EWO.

The Belgian magazine Nina has an article about Emma Watson and includes new pictures from the same photoshoot used for the Russian Elle Girl we told you about earlier. The scans are only MQ and difficult, or perhaps impossible, to read, but the pictures are nice. Hopefully we’ll get some larger scans of this. Thanks to Hermione Returns for the scans.

Warner Bros. opened a new site for the Harry Potter Train tour in France, http://www.harrypotter-letrain.com/. It’s in French so I don’t know what all is there. The site mentions a lot of new things coming on the 8th, but they do have a new Half-Blood Prince poster with Hermione, Ron, Harry and Dumbledore. Thanks UHP.

Speaking of posters, a week ago we told you about a new Hermione poster, and some people questioned if it was real or just a fan made poster. You can now buy the poster in Warner Bros. new Half-Blood Prince section of their online store, WBshop. Thanks Leaky.
