New month, new calendar.

Hello, hello, hello!

It's been a very amazing day indeed with all the new HBP pictures and previews, and to make it even better we now have the photos that we showed you earlier in High Res! Thanks a ton to our Order partner, Leaky.

Emma's official site was updated today posting the seven official photos from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince that Warner Bros. released yesterday. If you haven't already seen them all, now would be a great time to view them!

Hello, EW.netters!

Remember the new photo from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince that was included in the scan from Empire magazine that we posted a few days ago? Well guess what? Warner Bros. has released the high-quality version!

The July Movie Magic is now out and has a huge article on the HP trio and others. Megan from Magical Menagerie sent over some selected scans with Emma. This collectors edition is on sale now through October 6, but they do sell out so get your copy now.

News is rather slow again. There are some rumors about when the first Half-Blood Prince trailer will show up, but nothing is certain yet. Other than that, it's quiet. Hopefully things will get going soon.

So, let's start the August calendar competition!

• The size of the calendar should be 1024x768 or larger
• Calendars must be in a common graphics format such as jpg, tiff, gif or png.
• It must have Emma-Watson.net and August on it
• Your calendar should be in by the 28th of July.
• No more than 3 entries per person please.
• All entries must be sent to emmawatson.graphics@gmail.com
• If you use hotmail or msn, please attach the picture to your email as a FILE, not a PICTURE. Choosing PICTURE will shrink the image to a small size.

Site updates: I've recently updated the site with new wallpapers and banners made by the staff, including some older ones I thought had been lost. Enjoy.

Emma has won "Best Female Performance in a 2007 Science Fiction Film, TV Movie, or Mini-Series" at the Constellation Awards for her portrayal of Hermione in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Canada's Constellation Awards honour the actors, writers, and technical artists in science fiction film and TV shows. The winners were chosen by a public vote. More information and other winners can be seen here.

Emma has been nominated for the Greenest Star Award at Disney Playhouse - Playing for the Planet for her support of the Wild Trout Trust. HP co-star David Tennant, also known as Dr. Who, is also a nominee. Playing for the Planet is a program sponsored by Disney to help teach young children and their families how to grow up green and earth friendly.

You can vote for who you think is the Greenest Star here. There is an arrow next to where it says "Big Idea", click on that, and then "Greenest Star".

We have a new scan for you today. It's rather small, and no new information, but I thought the source was unusual. This appeared in the June issue of Field&Stream, a fishing magazine. They recognize Emma for what she has done to support the Wild Trout Trust.  Thanks to David for sending it in.
