More great news! 😆

Home Media Magazine has a new article online that lets us know that “Ballet Shoes” will be playing in limited theaters in the United States. 171 theaters in 77 markets across 35 states. It is set to be released August 26, with the trailer playing in theaters within a 20 mile radius of the theaters set to play the film. The trailer will start playing on August 1st in those select theaters.  

And as a reminder, the “Ballet Shoes” DVD will be available on September 2nd in the United States. 🙂

Some of you may have seen the 15 second Half-Blood Prince promotion for IMAX if you went to go see The Dark Knight in IMAX recently, and now we’re getting an actual trailer next week! Warner Brothers has confirmed that the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince trailer will debut via satellite this Tuesday, July 29th.
Here are the coordinates to watch it:

Galaxy 28, Transponder 19, C-Band Analog
Downlink Frequency: 4080V
Audio Configuration: 6.2/6.8

We have a new scan for you today. It’s rather small, and no new information, but I thought the source was unusual. This appeared in the June issue of Field&Stream, a fishing magazine. They recognize Emma for what she has done to support the Wild Trout Trust.  Thanks to David for sending it in.

Emma has been nominated for the Greenest Star Award at Disney Playhouse – Playing for the Planet for her support of the Wild Trout Trust. HP co-star David Tennant, also known as Dr. Who, is also a nominee. Playing for the Planet is a program sponsored by Disney to help teach young children and their families how to grow up green and earth friendly.

You can vote for who you think is the Greenest Star here. There is an arrow next to where it says “Big Idea”, click on that, and then “Greenest Star”.

Emma has won “Best Female Performance in a 2007 Science Fiction Film, TV Movie, or Mini-Series” at the Constellation Awards for her portrayal of Hermione in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Canada’s Constellation Awards honour the actors, writers, and technical artists in science fiction film and TV shows. The winners were chosen by a public vote. More information and other winners can be seen here.

News is rather slow again. 🙁 There are some rumors about when the first Half-Blood Prince trailer will show up, but nothing is certain yet. Other than that, it’s quiet. Hopefully things will get going soon.
