We have a few news regarding HP for you today…

First of all, HPANA posted a new OotP poster that appeared on the Brazilian website Omelete.com. Just click here to see it!

Also, we have some news regarding the OotP premiere locations and release dates:

-As usual, the UK premiere will take place at London’s Odeon Cinema in Leicester Square, around 6 PM on Tuesday, July 3rd. Nothing confirmed yet, but we’re pretty sure Emma will be there! 😆

-According to RupertGrint.us (ICM) via Tao, the US OotP premiere will be held at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles on July 8th. Hopefully Emma will be there as well… 🙂  Thanks ICM (which means Ice Cream Man – aka Rupert – by the way!).

-Last but not least, great news for all the UK HP fans: OotP will be released on July 12th in the UK (and not on July 13th as previously announced). Isn’t it awesome? Thanks to ThePortkey.com.

As some of you may have noticed, not many things are happening in the Emma world this week 🙁  But we all know that the OotP storm is coming… and coming fast! 😛  

If you’re like us and just cannot wait for the release of the movie, you can always check the extremely HQ version of the OotP trailer that was posted on Apple.com (thanks to our dear friends from UHP for telling us)!

And speaking of the OotP release, HarryLatino.com just let us know that the movie would come out on July 11th in Spain (and not on July 13th as previously announced). No need to be Professor Trelawney to predict that the Spanish theaters will experience major queues on July 11th! 😆

Last but not least, don’t forget our Shippers music video contest! The deadline is close (May 13th)…

Update: TLC just posted new OotP posters and Hermione is in them. These were apparently fan-made posters, not official poster authorized by WB. Sorry about that.

Bloody, terrifying and more shocking than ever! This picture from “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix” is only the beginning! Daniel Radcliffe and his friends from the movie have grown up and they are ready to pass through the most evil things. Rupert Grint, who plays Ron, said: “The fight scenes with Harry, Ron, Hermione & Co are absolutely bloody!” And it’s not surprising that the Hogwarts’s students do not look very fresh in the picture… the rest of the story you’ll find out in July, in cinemas!

Hello again, everyone!

In a new LA Times interview posted by HPANA, Emma talks about OotP director David Yates:

“He was perfect for this,” says Emma Watson, who plays Harry’s friend Hermione Granger, as she sits in her trailer eating chocolate. “I don’t know if he could have directed any of the other ones. This was his story to tell.
He’s quiet, thoughtful, sensitive. Mike [Newell, director of Goblet of Fire] would sit in his chair and yell at us, or stand up and just be very loud and British. Whereas David will think for a bit, he’ll come over, speak a few words, keep it to a minimum. The thing that always comes up with David is finding truth in the characters, truth in the performance, make it real.”

This interview kinda reminds me of Emma’s speech at the University of Oxford, in which she said that David taught her about truth. How sweet! 🙂

Oh and eating chocolate in her trailer? You just gotta love this girl! 😆

Hello everybody!

We have great news for you today! Thanks to Sere from our boards, we know that Emma won the German magazine Bravo’s Golden Otto award for best female movie star in 2006. AGAIN. Isn’t it awesome?! 😆  

Oh and like a few of our forum members pointed out, Emma wasn’t in any movie in 2006… so we can safely say that she won just for being her wonderful self. She is so loved! 🙂
