About fair trade (2010): "I first started learning about Fair Trade fashion simply because I did a piece of geography course work on it. I thought why isn't everything Fair Trade? From that point I started to look for labels that were Fair Trade and started researching it. When I thought of Fair Trade I thought of bananas and coffee and I thought this was as far as it went. But, of course pretty much anything can be Fair Trade. My collection is very much based on cotton and jersey which all can be made Fair Trade and organic. It's so great to work with something that hasn't been made with chemicals and is helping someone abroad who isn't earning a lot of money. The great thing about these clothes is that they are comparable to high street prices so affordable but go towards a really good cause. You win all around."

Video of the Week and more // 18 December 2006

Hey everyone,

This weeks video is from the Chamber of Secrets premiere in Los Angeles. Emma and Rupert are interviewed, and we briefly see Emma’s parents in the background. I picked this video because Dee reminded me of another video, that I’ve never seen. It’s also from the CoS LA premiere, from Access Hollywood. Here is one of two screenshots that exist. In other news, the London Free Press is also reporting that Emma is interested in moving to the US. Personally I don’t think it’s true at all, and that this story is just a rumor copied from another site. I think Emma loves England too much. She also talks all the time about how she wants to keep her life as normal as possible, so I really don’t think the Hollywood lifestyle would interest her. But we’ll see.

    omg ive never seen that video before *shock horror* hehe – she looks so youthful and pretty in this video – where the media isnt judging her by what shes wearing – anyway its a lovely video and she looks very sweet in it! thnaks for posting it!
