🙂 I especially like the colours and that it somehow has a kind of "depth" – many others are somewhat one-dimensional compared to this one….and Emma doesn`t look like a clown. If she dyed her hair a little darker, I think she should actually try this look for real… 🙂

There were some seriously gorgeous calendars. And I really didn't expect to win. So despite what some may think, I'm not all absorbed in myself and to prove it to you I'm going to skip the February calendar competition. So there ya go. I think I've made my peace. Hopefully. p.s. Thank you Jaclyn. 🙂 But I really don't mind skipping next month. This is only the 4th or 5th time I've ever submitted a calendar so it's no big deal.
Gosh dang, I think it's silly to skip next month only for this reason but of course it's entirely up to every calendar maker. Maybe the others will have a better shot to win this way 😛 Though I still stand by constructive criticism and "negative" comments, I truly believe it's the only way to improve as an artist no matter WHAT your art is. OF COURSE people can be more polite about their criticism but that's a lost cause to fight about over the internet. I just know that no matter what I do, I really appreciate criticism and always try to be my own worst critic.
anyways I wonder what Emma's resolution is? Hopefully she will let us know 😛

😕 I`m entirely too comfortable sitting back and watch you ppl have a go at it… I told you, I have no idea how to put together one of these things, and a large Emma-picture with letters&numbers on it isn`t enough…. Maybe calling this a "fight" is a little…too harsh?
