WB’s site Harry Pottter: The Quest has released a new video as a teaser for the release of the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 blu-ray and dvd coming up soon. In this clip from “The Women of Harry Potter”, Jo Rowling and Emma Watson talk about the casting of Emma for the role of Hermione.

Emma really is the perfect Hermione,she wasn’t the lucky one. We all got lucky to have been able to see her as Hermione, and watch her grow into the beautiful, amazing, and captivating young woman she is. My favorite thing about her playing Hermione is that she never lets anyone push her around. She always does the right thing, and stands up for what is right. I love you, Emma, and feel like we are sisters, in a way. I hope you have many more beautiful and outstanding roles like hermione.

Emma really is the perfect Hermione,if they picked someone else for that role,i don’t think the films would of been as successful as they have been.I mean,as they said in the past Emma’s got more media attention than Dan or Rupert.She’s stunning,funny,witty and intelligent,an amazing person.:)
I still remember when emma was still ashamed of admitting that she’s smart just like hermione in the early days. I too had a hard time time admitting that im quite good in academics when i was young but resent to admit it because it doesn’t sound cool hahahaha

When I first saw Emma as Hermione in Sorcerer’s Stone, I was amazed at how amazing she was in the role. She was exactly how I pictured her. I was already a huge fan of Harry Potter prior to the films, but she became the main reason I wanted to see the movies. I still find it funny how Harry Potter basically introduced me to the girl who would become the most beautiful woman in the world. Emma Watson truly was the perfect Hermione Granger.

Emma is the perfect Hermione! 🙂 I love Hermione`s personality, and she is one of my absolutly favorites in the books/films. And Emma`s lovely! 🙂 She is the only one who can fill Hermione`s character in that way! 😀
