I love her down-to-earth, grounded personality about life as a celebrity. She knows she is famous but she wants to really not want to have what comes with the celebrity. She wants to graduate, get her degree-not many celebrities, especially today do this. Will she ever use it? Probably not but hey it is something she has always valued-her education-she is doing what is important to her.

One of the reasons I will see this film is to answer some, perhaps, morbid questions: What do these people (the real “bling Ring” members) think of themselves? Their worst character traits are played out on the big screen for an audience of millions, if the film does well. Do they even think they’ve done anything wrong? Do see their lives as shallow and empty, as many of us will? The most interesting part of being an actor would have to be getting inside the mind of someone with such a different world view and seeing the world through their distorted lens. You don’t have to like their world-view, but what an education! That’s why it is such an excellent subject for a film. (Pardon me. Long hot day in hot southern American city, and I get a bit philosophical as I relax in the cool indoors. LOL)
