About her favourite designers (2009):"If I have to go to a premiere I look for trendsetting designers like Balenciaga and Chanel. I love everything by William Tempest, a British designer. If I'm casual I shop at TopShop, Zara, Gap, Agnes B, Mix and Match."

London Premiere Afterparty

The afterparty for the London Deathly Hallows Premiere was held at the Old Billingsgate Market bar. Emma was there, after changing from her Oscar de la Renta gown into an Ellie Saab dress. From other pictures it appears most of the cast were there, but all the pictures with Emma were solo.

is it just me or is she one of the only actresses if not the only actress who can consistently pull of a grey/silver dress. don’t get me wrong the dresses are lovely themselves, but Emma just adds tha extra something

I really, really adore Emma. The way she dress, the way she interact with her fans and so to her friends. She’s so modest and what else, she’s beyond kindness. πŸ™‚ I wish I could see her in person. I love her and her hair. I cut mine like hers too.

Emma is stunningly beautiful. I imagine this afterparty was more bittersweet as it was one of the last Harry Potter premiere ones. Still, I hope she had a lot of fun as she and everyone else involved in the series has earned it. πŸ™‚

I’ve noticed that Emma, Rupert, and Daniel have become very much like Hermione, Ron and Harry over the years. Just listen to the way they speak at that premiere. Dan is a natural leader – he feels comfortable being on the stage. He picks that microphone the moment he steps forward although those big dudes(directors) were just humbly standing beside it almost afraid to move. Dan’s voice wasn’t shaky or anything. His speech was perfect. Emma gets pretty hysterical (just like Hermione) but her speech is stil consistent. Rupert isn’t that much of a public speaker – he goes dumb and his sentences are short and follow the same pattern. He repeats some phrases several times and often says “kind of”. I think that has happened to them because they have been trying so hard to look like thir characters on screen( to borrow their phrases, their gestures and stuff). The directors were telling them how to behave in front of the cameras so often that there isn’t much left of their own personalities. They have truly become the book characters.
