About fast fashion and Fair Trade (2010): "It's important to differentiate between fast fashion which is made very quickly for a very small price and Fair Trade fashion. Which means that if you buy a t-shirt which costs £2-3, you just have to do the math and work out how much the person who made it is being paid? So, Fair Trade fashion is still reasonably priced but allows the person who made it to earn a decent living and to be able to feed and take care of their families. It gives them enough money to live with dignity. I'm not saying that everything I wear will be Fair Trade from now on or that I'm an organic purist, it's just a great option and one I always try to make if available. I just try to ask more questions about where the garment comes from. I want to make good choices. I just think it's good to have Fair Trade fashion in the high street."

Portraying Jo, Meg, Amy, and Beth March, the film stars Saoirse Ronan, Emma Watson, Florence Pugh, Eliza Scanlen, with Timothée Chalamet as their neighbor Laurie, Laura Dern as Marmee, and Meryl Streep as Aunt March.

Emma in Pirelli 2020 Calendar

Emma Watson will feature in the 2020 calendar from Italian tire manufacturer Pirelli. Photographer Paolo Roversi chose “Looking for Juliet” (from Romeo and Juliet) for this year’s theme, with 9 stars giving their interpretation of a current day Juliet. Along with Emma, the calendar will feature Kristen Stewart, Claire Foy, Mia Goth, Chris Lee, Indya Moore, Rosalia, Yara Shahidi and Stella Roversi. First Look at Emma in Little Women

The first stills from Greta Gerwig’s adaptation of Little Women are out, thanks to Vanity Fair. The all-star cast includes Emma Watson, Saoirse Ronan, Florence Pugh, and Eliza Scanlen playing the four March sisters, Meg, Amy, Jo and Beth respectively, along with Timothée Chalamet, Meryl Streep, Laura Dern, and Bob Odenkirk. The film is scheduled for release December 25, 2019.
