Good day, everyone! 🙂
Thanks to UnforgivableCurses and Solo on our forums, we have information from the Herald Sun about a movie role Emma turned down awhile ago:
“CHILDREN OF MEN (MA)
Two’s Company, threes a miricle,
Britain, 114 min.
In the year 2027, there is only one pregnant women on the face of the planet, and the lowly officce-worker Clive Owen has the job of securing her safety until she gives birth. An unconventional and somewhat unsettling future-shock thriller that takes more than a few pointed potshots at the world of today. Co-stars Juilanne Moore, Michael Caine.
Wouldn’t happen at Hogwarts: The role of the knocked-up young hero was originally offered to Emma Watson, who plays Hermione in the Harry Potter films.”
And finally, we also have an old scan from Yam magazine of Emma at the Driving Lessons Premiere thanks to O-T-W.de:
And don’t forget to vote for Emma!
Have a great day! 😉

I agree Mel, Dan & Em are a match made in heaven 😛 Is this made up because of the lack of Emma news? Isn't she a bit young to do a part like that? I wouldn't put it past Cuaron though, he did seem to have a thing for Emma, yucky man.
Oh for goodness sakes Emma HASN'T DYED HER HAIR BLONDE. The editors of that magazine have made her hair look that way. As for that article, I can't find a link to it anywhere on the internet so I'm not sure how true it is but it wouldn't surprise me if it was true. Cuaron is keen to work with Emma again.
@vote to emma, she did dye her hair blonde. look at pictures from the driving lessons premiere.
Did Emma go blond? Her hair looks really light in that picture.
eww that pic is grose
I'd like to point out that in an interview for a previous HP film Emma said she gets scripts but turns them down. It's because she is focusing on HP. Yet another reason why she will stay for the last two.
is that emma? 😕
Ha! I don't believe she was offered the role with her experience. I just don't believe it.
Alfonso Cuaron worked with Emma before and obviously she made a very good impression on him. But I look at this as a good thing because I realize the implication here.
totally blondie! aght!
