US HBP Premiere
Emma Watson, Dan Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Tom Felton and Bonnie Wright will be attending the US premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. The premiere will take place at Ziegfeld Theater, 141 West 54th Street in New York City, Thursday July 9th. Celebrity arrival is at 6:00 pm ET, with the screening at 7pm.
UK Premiere Live Broadcast
The London premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be broadcast live from Leicester Square on July 7th starting at 6pm GMT at this link. No official word yet on who will attend.

I agree with Jelte. Emma’s interview was emotional and very sentimental. With HP coming to an end, it’s understandable. I thought this was a much more introspective interview than Emma usually gives. Really interesting. I especially liked her comment about making up a book with a page for each person she’s met thru HP. She wants to keep those memories and doesn’t want to have only the “media version of what happened to me”. Emma is anything but a superficial thinker. And I laughed when she said Hollywood keeps offering her the usual stupid roles. She’s an English Lit student for goodness sakes! 😆 The interviewer says Emma got emotional when talking about how much her talk with Helena Bonham Carter meant to her. Sometimes it’s easy to forget celebrities are real people too. I was really touched by Emma’s comment. What I’ve always liked most about Emma, besides her brains, is that she doesn’t try to project an image of perfection to the public. She has the usual insecurities that we all have. She’s a fascinating person. I remember when she said that she cannot “not be green”. Well I cannot “not root for Emma”. GO Emma!!!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

That's exactly how I felt about the interview muggle_born. She isn't trying to be the famous girl. She takes, even it isn't the right word for it, the fame just because it's there. Never attending to be the perfect girl. She is like the only actress or even famous person that stays how she was and how she wants to be. Go Emma!!! None of these media freak can harm you!!! All respect to the most gorgeous girl on the planet!! It's a great idea of the book! BTW I think the fight for POTD is really becoming hopeless 130671
