Our site of the month for February is KateWinsletFan.com, a great site with regular news updates and a lot of pictures of this talented actress. She is nominated for Best Actress in two films, The Reader and Revolutionary Road, at the BAFTAs this weekend, and a Best Actress nomination for The Reader at the Oscars later this month. If you like Kate, check it out. 🙂

Jo has updated EWO with a link to the online Mail on Sunday Live magazine interview, so I think we can assume the interview is for the most part real. We now have scans from the print version of Live in the gallery.  It includes a couple pics that are not in the online article. Thanks to UHP, Barbara and madonion.

Jo also mentioned the plate Emma designed for Blue Peter’s Mission Nutrition, saying that Emma signed and decorated it when she visited the BBC studio to film the Blue Peter show in early December. As we told you earlier, the plate is up for auction on eBay, and it’s doing quite well. The current bid price as I write this is £360.00.

The article is a good read too, but it’s the Daily Mail so take it with a grain of salt. Emma talks about the kind of clothes she wears and how she’s not into the party lifestyle that is so popular with other celebs her age. She also discusses her desire to continue acting, and at the same time, continue here education.

Emma appears in the current issue of Vs. Magazine in a photoshoot by Ellen Von Unwerth. We have some preview images for you and hopefully someone will get us some large scans soon, or I’ll be able to find the issue and scan it. Thanks to Jen on the forums for the tip. Emma has hand designed and signed a Collectable Plate for Blue Peters Mission Nutrition Appeal. Blue Peter, partnered with the charities Save the Children, ContinYou and Federation of City Farms and Community Gardens, hope to provide two million meals for children around the world. Update: Emma has written her first E.M.S of 2009. She talks about some recent travels, preparations for university, and the upcoming filming for Deathly Hallows.

Previously we posted that Emma was in the UK Harper’s Bazaar Best Dressed list for 2008 which was published in the December issue. They now have the list online, with Emma on slide 17. Untameable shrew sent us a screen cap. Emma was also on the 2007 best dressed list and he sent that cap too.

Emma is featured on Elle UK’s Fashion Trends page as the leader of the Sloane Fashion Tribe. Ok. I’m not sure exactly what that means 😛

TeenVogue.com has a Trendspotting feature showcasing young stars wearing Burberry fashions including Blake Lively, Anne Hathaway, and of course Emma. Thanks Naomi.

Emma is also featured on Sky Showbiz’s Spring Chicken list. Spring chicken doesn’t sound very complimentary, but I guess that means up-and-coming celebrities. Emma is on slide 15. Thanks to Charlotte for the tip.

Finally, people have been asking about the picture used in the SOTM award from Magical-Menagerie.com. According to IHeartWatson, it is from a Murray Close photoshoot for Teen magazine in 2006. Unfortuneately it’s only a low quality version.

Emma is #1 on Teen Vogue’s Ten Best Dressed list for the month of December. Emma was “sheer magic” in the blue dress by William Tempest at The Tale of Despereaux premiere. Thanks to Naomi at TeenVogue.com.
