About fair trade (2010): "I first started learning about Fair Trade fashion simply because I did a piece of geography course work on it. I thought why isn't everything Fair Trade? From that point I started to look for labels that were Fair Trade and started researching it. When I thought of Fair Trade I thought of bananas and coffee and I thought this was as far as it went. But, of course pretty much anything can be Fair Trade. My collection is very much based on cotton and jersey which all can be made Fair Trade and organic. It's so great to work with something that hasn't been made with chemicals and is helping someone abroad who isn't earning a lot of money. The great thing about these clothes is that they are comparable to high street prices so affordable but go towards a really good cause. You win all around."

New Perks Clip – A Toast to Charlie

A new clip from The Perks of Being a Wallflower has been posted by MTV. In this scene, Patric (Ezra Miller) and Sam (Emma Watson) toast Charlie (Logan Lerman) and welcome him to their group of ‘misfit toys’. Updated with local video.

      Hmm…Stephen Chbosky was convinced after seeing the scene (OotP/HBP?) where Emma was crying on the stairs next to Daniel that she was right for Sam. 😉

    I think that quote is perfect-they really are the misfits who are the outsiders from others. Nice that this group of young students are able to form their own lil group. Emma’s accent sounds spot on 🙂 Perks coming soon!!

    Thanks for the clips. Emma’s American accent sounds brilliant from what I’ve seen. 🙂 I could never really picture her on an island of misfit toys though. :p. I hope they release more clips like this.

    Oh wow, her voice sounds so much higher to me when she does an American accent. I squealed. She looked gorgeous and her accent is very convincing! <33333 UBER excited. I ordered the book, seeing as I need to read it before the movie comes out.
